Oats Uttapam


Ingredients

Oats uttapam batter : 1 cup ground oats (thick or fine powder whatever you like)
1/2 cup sooji
Two tablespoons rice flour

Approx. 3 tablespoons dahi
Finely cut kadhi patta (I add a lot as it is really good for hair and eyes)
1 tbsp jeera (or more if you like)
salt to taste

Masala tomato: finely diced tomatoes (I used my slicer dicer from BedBathandBeyond, makes it so much easier), aamchur powder, salt, chaat masala, salt and chilli powder.

Method


Spread about 2 ladles of batter (no need for fermentation), sprinkle cut spinach, layer with tomato mixture and sprinkle some mozarella cheese, cover and cook for about 1-2 minutes then uncover and cook till done by adding a little oil on the sides. slice like a pizza and enjoy!
