Meal planning

Tips on planning a meal and cooking through the whole week.

  • Plan a menu for the week and shop accordingly.
  • Pressure cook one week worth of dal and boil with water and add tadka before meals.
  • Cook at least two days worth of rice and rotis.
  • Make sabji masala over the weekend. Then during the weekday, simply take some masala and toss in some veggies and let it cook.
