Nachni / Ragi + Flax Seed Chocolate Mousse


Ingredients

1 cup whole milk 
1/4 cup water
3 tbsp nachni / ragi powder
2 tbsp ground flax seeds (I think you can opt out of this, but it's a great binding agent)
2 tbsp sugar 
2 tbsp baking/cooking chocolate chips (for the richer chocolate flavor)
1 tbsp cocoa powder 
Handful of walnuts cut into small pieces (or any other nuts of your choice)

Method
  1. Take the nachni powder in a cooking pan. 
  2. Add flax seed powder, sugar, chocolate chips.
  3. Add milk and water and mix to remove lumps.
  4. Cook this on medium to low heat for about 7 minutes or till the mixture is cooked and is of the right consistency. (Nachni tends to thicken after cooling.)
  5. Pour in fancy glasses while hot.
  6. Set in fridge.
  7. Before serving add some whipped cream and a walnut on top.
